Spokane Housing Ventures is a non-profit organization devoted to providing safe,
affordable housing to families with low incomes or special
housing needs. SHV concentrates on creating housing
opportunities for:
 Families
with Low Incomes (50% or less of
median income)
Large
Families (4 or more persons)
Families
with Disabilities
If you are a lower-income or disabled person seeking
affordable housing, check our

listed for each property.
